研究目的：

本研究旨在研究在真实世界的临床诊疗中，阴道直肠隔内异症患者在接受不同手术治疗方案后的手术并发症、术后管理和预后情况，为阴道直肠隔内异症的手术治疗方式、药物治疗、辅助治疗规范、指南的制定提供高级别的循证医学证据。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to identify the surgical complications, postoperative management and prognosis of patients with rectovaginal endometriosis after receiving different surgical therapies in real world clinical treatment, and to provide valid evidence for the formulation of surgical treatment methods, medical therapy, adjuvant therapy and guidelines for rectovaginal endometriosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 已签署知情同意书 (2) 育龄期妇女：20-45岁 (3) 临床症状明显：如痛经、性交痛、排便痛、肛门坠胀感等不适，三合诊可触及阴道直肠隔结节性包块（≥1cm）或阴道后穹隆可见蓝紫色结节 (4) 影像学检查（B超或MRI）显示阴道直肠隔结节性包块，符合子宫内膜异位症表现 (5) 手术病理诊断为阴道直肠隔子宫内膜异位症 (6) 手术指征明确

Inclusion criteria

(1) Informed consent has been signed (2) Women of reproductive age: 20-45 years old (3) Obvious clinical symptoms: such as dysmenorrhea, pain during intercourse, pain in bowel movements, and anal distention, etc., tuberous mass in rectovaginal septum (≥1cm) or visible blue-purple nodules can be found in the posterior fornix of vagina. (4) Imaging examination (ultrasound or MRI) revealed nodular mass in the rectovaginal septum, which is consistent with the symptoms of endometriosis (5) The pathological diagnosis after surgery is rectovaginal endometriosis (6) Clear indications for surgery

排除标准：

(1) 在常规临床诊疗之外参与其他干预性研究项目的患者
(2) 生活状态差，丧失行为能力或失去知觉的患者。
(3) 拒绝参加研究的患者。
(4) 合并或诊断为恶性肿瘤的患者。
(5) 明确存在梗阻性肠道内异症的患者
(6) 合并有其他肠道疾病的患者或既往有肠道手术史患者
(7) 同时存在可能影响肠道功能的疾病或服用相关药物
(8) 同时存在激素类药物的禁忌症

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients who participate in other interventional research projects outside of routine clinical treatment
(2) Patients with poor living condition, incapacitation or loss of consciousness.
(3) Patients who refused to participate in the study.
(4) Patients with concomitant or diagnosed malignant tumor.
(5) Patients with obstructive intestinal abnormalities were identified
(6) Patients with other intestinal diseases or previous history of intestinal surgery
(7) Co-existing diseases or taking related drugs that may affect intestinal function
(8) There is contraindication of hormone drugs
