研究目的：

采用系统规范化的脊柱-骨盆-下肢力线三位一体正骨理筋特色技术，提高治疗膝骨关节炎( knee osteoarthritis，KOA)的有效率。通过结合现代多种技术手段（观察患者骨盆矢状面参数及腰椎曲度的改变，观察患者治疗前后下肢力线及膝关节负重力点的变化。）探究正骨理筋手法治疗KOA的作用机制。为手法治疗KOA提供循证医学客观证据。便于总结进一步提高临床疗效，将KOA的诊疗规范化、系统化，以专病带动专科建设，力争成为KOA全国区域诊疗中心。形成中医正骨理筋特色技术治疗KOA的规范化操作流程，形成适宜技术，向基层推广应用，降低广大患者医疗费用。  

Objectives of Study：

The systematic and standardized trinity of spine pelvis lower limb force line bone setting and tendon management feature technology is adopted to improve the efficiency of treating knee Osteoarthritis (KOA). To explore the mechanism of bone setting and tendon regulating manipulation in the treatment of KOA, we combined a variety of modern technical means (observing the changes of the patient's pelvic Sagittal plane parameters and lumbar curvature, observing the changes of the patient's lower limb force line and knee joint negative gravity point before and after treatment). To provide objective evidence of Evidence-based medicine for manual treatment of KOA. To facilitate the summary and further improve clinical efficacy, standardize and systematize the diagnosis and treatment of KOA, drive the construction of specialized departments with specialized diseases, and strive to become a national regional diagnosis and treatment center for KOA. Develop a standardized operational process for the treatment of KOA using traditional Chinese medicine bone setting and tendon management techniques, develop suitable techniques, promote their application at the grassroots level, and reduce medical expenses for a large number of patients.

纳入标准：

符合 KOA 诊断标准的患者（单侧或双侧）；K-L分级Ⅱ-Ⅳ级；年龄段在 50~70 岁之间， 男女不限；KOA 病程≥3个月；自愿参与本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Patients who meet the KOA diagnostic criteria (unilateral or bilateral); K-L grading II - IV; The age range is between 50 and 70 years old, regardless of gender; The course of KOA is ≥ 3 months; Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

合并重度骨质疏松（DXA测量的中轴骨T值≤－2.5SD）及膝骨关节肿瘤、结核等疾病；曾做过膝关节置换术的患者；合并有严重心、脑血管原发病，精神疾病，恶性肿瘤。

Exclusion criteria：

Complicated with severe osteoporosis (T value of Axial skeleton measured by DXA ≤ -2.5SD), knee joint tumor, tuberculosis and other diseases; Patients who have undergone knee Joint replacement; Concomitant with severe primary cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, mental illness, and malignant tumors.
