研究目的：

本项目以期明确Hp是通过阻断Th17细胞分化、阻断Th17细胞活化及阻断Th17细胞因子的作用机制之一还是多环节、多靶点、多途径的机制调节Th17/Tregs的平衡，抑制Th17活性、促进免疫耐受细胞Tregs活性，从而对过敏性哮喘起到保护作用。  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to determine whether Hp regulates Th17/Tregs balance by blocking Th17 cell differentiation, Th17 cell activation and Th17 cytokine through a multi-link, multi-target and multi-pathway mechanism, inhibits Th17 activity and promotes the activity of immune tolerance cells Tregs. Thus, it has a protective effect on allergic asthma.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 既往明确诊断为过敏性哮喘患者。
② 初次诊断为过敏性哮喘符合过敏性哮喘诊断标准。
③ 以14C-尿素呼气试验（14C-UBT）进行Hp感染检测，分为Hp感染阳性（+），500≥14C-UBT＞200dpm（mmol.CO2）为（++），14C-UBT＞500 dpm（mmol.CO2）为（++），将（+）、（++）、（+++）均认为是 Hp 感染阳性。
④ 非哮喘志愿者
⑤ 年龄18～80岁。

Inclusion criteria

① The patient was diagnosed as allergic asthma.
② The first diagnosis of allergic asthma meets the diagnostic criteria of allergic asthma.
③ Hp infection was detected by 14C-urea breath test (14C-UBT). Hp infection was positive (+), 500≥14C-UBT > 200dpm (mmol.CO2) was (++), and 14C-UBT > 500 dpm (mmol.CO2) was (++). (+), (++) and (+++) are all considered positive for Hp infection.
(4) Non-asthmatic volunteers
⑤ Age range from 18 to 80.

排除标准：

① 存在全身急性炎症、支气管扩张、活动性结核、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺间质纤维化等相关疾病患者。
② 患有严重的心、肝、肾疾患或内分泌、血液系统疾患，或存在精神疾病、自身免疫性疾病或病史者。
③ 妊娠、哺乳期患者。
④ 依从性差者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with systemic acute inflammation, bronchiectasis, active tuberculosis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary interstitial fibrosis and other related diseases.
② Suffer from serious diseases of the heart, liver or kidney, endocrine or blood system, or have mental diseases, autoimmune diseases or history.
③ Pregnant and lactation patients.
④ poor compliance.
