研究目的：

1.观察深刺中髎穴电针刺激骶神经治疗结肠慢传输型便秘的临床疗效，为临床治疗提供充足的临证据。 2.明确深刺中髎穴电针刺激骶神经治疗结肠慢传输型便秘的技术重点及难点，为指导临床推广治疗提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To observe the clinical efficacy of deep Cizhongliao point electroacupuncture stimulating sacral nerve in treating slow transit constipation of colon, and provide sufficient clinical evidence for clinical treatment. 2. To clarify the technical key points and difficulties in the treatment of slow transit constipation of colon with deep Cizhongliao point electroacupuncture stimulating sacral nerve, so as to provide a basis for guiding clinical promotion and treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合STC诊断标准；（2）年龄18～75岁；（3）近1个月未使用肠道动力药物治疗。（4）知情同意并自愿参加签署知情同意书者，遵医嘱坚持治疗并定期复诊者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Conform to STC diagnostic standard; (2) Age: 18-75 years; (3) No intestinal motility drugs were used in the last month. (4) Those who have informed consent and voluntarily participate in signing the informed consent form, adhere to the treatment as instructed by the doctor and return to the doctor regularly.

排除标准：

（1）便秘的其他中医辨证证型。（2）合并严重心肺肾疾病、神经系统疾病、代谢性疾病；（3）肠镜或是腹盆腔CT或是钡灌肠发现器质性病变，如结直肠癌、结直肠增生物；（4）严重的精神疾病或是存在心理疾病或是认知障碍患者。（5）儿童、孕妇、哺乳期、妊娠期妇女。（6）治疗期间随意停药或自行使用其它药物或是不按医嘱治疗，或资料不全，影响结果、安全性及疗效性判定者。（7）有腹部手术史。（8）晕针病史。（9）有出血倾向者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Other TCM syndromes of constipation. (2) Complicated with severe heart, lung and kidney disease, nervous system disease, metabolic disease; (3) Enteroscopy or CT or barium enema of abdominal and pelvic cavity found organic lesions, such as colorectal cancer, colorectal neoplasms; (4) Patients with serious mental illness or mental illness or cognitive impairment. (5) Children, pregnant women, lactating women and pregnant women. (6) Those who stop taking medicine at will or use other drugs by themselves or do not follow the doctor's advice during the treatment, or have incomplete data, which affects the judgment of results, safety and efficacy. (7) Have a history of abdominal surgery. (8) History of needle sickness. (9) People with bleeding tendency.

（一）数据记录 1.研究病历是临床试验受试者的源文件（source document），应保存于医院。研究病历是门诊受试者的病历资料，与住院病历共同组成住院受试者的病历资料。 2. 研究病历记录要求：①研究者必须在诊治受试者同时书写研究病历，保证数据记录及时、完整、准确、真实。②研究病历做任何有证据的更正时只能划线，旁注改后的数据，由研究者签名并注明日期，不得擦涂、覆盖原始记录。③门诊受试者的原始化验单粘贴在研究病历上，住院受试者的原始化验单粘贴在住院病历上。门诊与住院受试者的化验结果均需填写至研究病历的“理化检查结果报告表”。 （二）数据监查 研究者审核每份研究病历。 （三）数据核查 应保存质量控制的有关文件。
