研究目的：

（1）验证利用IVF胚胎的囊胚培养液进行无创胚胎染色体筛查（NICS）的可靠性和准确性 （2）在 IVF 周期中，采用“NICS+ Time-lapse时差技术”、“Time-lapse时差技术”和仅通过常规形态学三种不同方法优选胚胎，通过比较临床结局，从而建立 NICS 结合Time-lapse时差技术的胚胎综合评价体系，为胚胎优选提供循证医学证据。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To verify the reliability and accuracy of using blastocyst culture medium from IVF embryos for noninvasive chromosome screening (NICS) of embryonic chromosomes; (2) To establish a comprehensive evaluation system during IVF cycle for embryos combining NICS with time-lapse imaging technology. Three groups of patients used three different methods, "NICS+Time-lapse", "Time-lapse", and conventional morphology to select embryos. By comparing the clinical outcomes, a embryo evaluation system was established. by comparing clinical outcomes using three groups: "NICS+Time-lapse", "Time-lapse", and conventional morphology-based selection , in order to provide evidence-based medical evidence for embryo selection.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)IVF/ICSI 受精；2）女方年龄：35≤女性年龄≤42 岁；3）女方 BMI：指数 18-25 kg/m2；4）同意本周期全胚冷冻；5）获卵数≥6个；6）囊胚数≥2个。

Inclusion criteria

1) Infertile couples receiving IVF/ICSI procedures for assisted reproduction; 2) Women age between 35 and 42; 3) Women with body mass index from 18 to 25kg/m2; 4) Culture embryos to blastocyst stage and all the blastocysts will be individually cryopreserved; 5) The number of oocytes was ≥6. 6) The number of blastocysts was ≥2

排除标准：

1）符合 PGT-M/PGT-SR 适应症患者；2）反复流产（既往自然流产次数≥2）及反复种植失败（既往种植失败次数≥3）的患者；3）正在进行 PGT-A 周期的患者；4）内膜厚度＜8mm ；5）未处理的子宫粘膜下肌瘤；子宫肌瘤、腺肌瘤＞3cm ；6）子宫畸形（单角子宫、双子宫）和子宫纵隔≥1cm 未处理；7）严重的内外分泌疾病；8）其他研究者认为不适合参加本研究的任何情况；

Exclusion criteria：

1) Preimplantation genetic testing cycles, including PGT for monogenic disorders (PGT-M) or PGT for structural chromosome defect (PGT-SR); 2) Patients with a history of recurrent miscarriage (≥2 previous spontaneous abortions) or recurrent implantation failure (≥3 previous failed IVF cycles); 3) Patients undergoing a PGT-A cycle; 4) Endometrial thickness <8mm; 5) Untreated submucosal fibroids; uterine fibroids, adenomyomas > 3cm; 6) Untreated uterine malformations (unicornuate uterus, bicornuate uterus) and uterine septum ≥1cm; 7) Severe endocrine or metabolic disorders; 8) Any other situations where the researchers consider the patients unsuitable to participate in this study.
