研究目的：

评价等离子处理的丙烯酸酯材料的人工角膜内皮治疗角膜内皮功能失代偿的疗效和安全性  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of plasma treated acrylic artificial corneal endothelium in patients with corneal endothelial dysfunction

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）根据目前的角膜内皮失代偿诊断标准，明确诊断为角膜内皮功能失代偿的成年患者（18岁以上），性别不限；2）自愿参加本观察性研究，签署知情同意书；3）能在入组医院长期随诊

Inclusion criteria

1) According to the current diagnostic criteria of corneal endothelial dysfunction, adult patients (over 18 years old) with corneal endothelial dysfunction were definitely diagnosed, regardless of gender; 2) Volunteer to participate in this observational study and sign the informed consent form; 3) Able to follow up for a long time in the hospital

排除标准：

1）合并严重的系统性疾病，目前临床上的常规治疗有禁忌的患者；2）全身存在研究者认为如果使用人工角膜内皮可能使受试者面临较大风险的任何疾病和状况；3）不能耐受手术的患者；4）不能在入组医院长期随访的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients with severe systemic diseases and contraindications to conventional clinical treatment; 2) There are any diseases in the body, and researchers think that the use of artificial corneal endothelium may make the subject face a greater risk; 3) Patients who cannot tolerate surgery; 4) Patients who cannot be followed up for a long time in the enrolled hospital.
