研究目的：

本研究探索2周缺血预处理（ischemic preconditioning，IPC）和远程缺血预处理（remote ischemic preconditioning，RIPC）及8周长期IPC和RIPC对改善久坐骨骼肌功能及其血液循环的有效性，以期为预防久坐的负面影响提供新方向，为改善骨骼肌和血管功能提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study explored the effectiveness of 2 weeks of ischemic preconditioning ( IPC ) and remote ischemic preconditioning ( RIPC ) and 8 weeks of long-term IPC and RIPC on improving sedentary skeletal muscle function and blood circulation, in order to provide a new direction for preventing the negative effects of sedentary and provide a basis for improving skeletal muscle and vascular function.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.男性，身体健康，年龄18-30岁；2.身体活动水平低；3.近一年未参加有规律的体育锻炼项目，且入选后不打算参加有规律体育锻炼。

Inclusion criteria

1.Male, healthy, aged 18-30 years ; 2.Low level of physical activity ; 3.In the past year, he did not participate in regular physical exercise programs, and did not intend to participate in regular physical exercise after being selected.

排除标准：

1. 患糖尿病、心血管系统等疾病；2.下肢骨骼肌系统疾病或心血管系统疾病；3.服用可能影响骨骼肌和血管健康的药物；4.生活作息不规律、抽烟、酗酒等；5.因各种客观原因而可能无法完成干预和测试。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Diabetes, cardiovascular system and other diseases ; 2.Lower limb skeletal muscle system diseases or cardiovascular system diseases ; 3.taking drugs that may affect skeletal muscle and vascular health ; 4.Life irregular, smoking, drinking, etc. ; 5.For various objective reasons may not be able to complete the intervention and testing.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

身高、体重、血压等基础测试数据先记录再实验测试表上，再输入到EXCEL表格，采用设备自带的数据收集系统收集收集原始数据，并储存于电脑中，经过相应分析软件分析后后将结果记录于同一个EXCEL表格中。本研究不涉及病例收集。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The basic test data such as height, weight and blood pressure were recorded on the test table and then input into the EXCEL table. The original data were collected by the data collection system of the equipment and stored in the computer. After the analysis of the corresponding analysis software, the results were recorded in the same EXCEL table. This study does not involve case collection.
