研究目的：

这项研究的目的是比较应用防旋股骨近端髓内钉（PFNA）和Orthofix股骨外固定架（OPF）治疗高龄高危老年粗隆间骨折患者时，在手术时间、输血量、髋关节评分、术前和术后并发症以及骨折愈合时间，固定复位质量的差异。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to compare the differences in operative time, blood transfusion, hip score, preoperative and postoperative complications, and fracture healing time in terms of quality of fixed repositioning when applying the rotation-proof proximal femoral nail (PFNA) and the Orthofix external femoral fixator (OPF) in the treatment of elderly patients with high-risk intertrochanteric fractures.

纳入标准：

患有AO分型为1型和2型粗隆间骨折且年龄大于85岁合并有一种或几种如心力衰竭、冠状动脉疾病、高血压、肾功能衰竭和贫血等基础疾病的老年患者，被选入这项临床试验研究。

Inclusion criteria

Elderly patients with AO type 1 and type 2 intertrochanteric fractures and aged >85 years with one or more underlying diseases such as heart failure, coronary artery disease, hypertension, renal failure and anemia were selected for this clinical trial study.

排除标准：

反粗隆间骨折、开放性骨折或骨折部位合并皮肤或软组织感染的病例。

Exclusion criteria：

Cases of anticondylar intertrochanteric fractures, open fractures or fracture sites combined with skin or soft tissue infections.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

由2名中级职称医师采用病例记录表收集整理纳入患者的一般临床资料、手术时间、输血量、髋关节评分、术前和术后并发症以及骨折愈合时间，固定复位质量等临床数据。
