研究目的：

探讨超声引导下双侧半棘间平面（ISP）阻滞在促进接受颈椎后路手术的患者术后恢复（ERAS）中的作用  

Objectives of Study：

to explore the role of ultrasound guided bilateral interspinous plane (ISP) block in promoting postoperative recovery (ERAS) in patients undergoing posterior cervical surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.获得病人及其家属同意； 2.选择拟行颈椎后路手术病人100例； 3.美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）Ⅱ～Ⅲ级； 4.年龄>=18岁，男女不限。

Inclusion criteria

1. Obtain the consent of the patient and their family members; 2. Select 100 patients who plan to undergo posterior cervical surgery; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Class II-III; 4. Age>=18 years old, regardless of gender.

排除标准：

1.术前精神疾病或长期使用镇静剂或抗抑郁药史； 2.凝血功能障碍； 3.穿刺部位皮肤损伤或感染； 4.对酰胺类局部麻醉剂过敏； 5.严重肝肾功能障碍（Child-Pugh评分>=7，肾小球滤过率<30ml.min-1）； 6.孕妇； 7.由于听力或视觉障碍而无法沟通； 8.微创手术。

Exclusion criteria：

1. A history of preoperative mental illness or long-term use of sedatives or antidepressants; 2. Coagulation dysfunction; 3. Skin damage or infection at the puncture site; 4. Allergies to amide based local anesthetics; 5. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction (Child Pugh score>=7, glomerular filtration rate<30ml. min-1); 6. Pregnant women; 7. Unable to communicate due to hearing or visual impairments; 8. Minimally invasive surgery.
