研究目的:

我们项目组拟从单细胞转录组测序联合空间转录组测序技术方面,探索正常和盆腔器官脱垂骶韧带细胞图谱、单细胞转录组图谱、空间转录图谱分布,分析不同细胞差异基因的表达,导致的生物学功能变化和临床表型,筛选与生物力学调控、细胞骨架改变相关的基因及信号通路,验证导致POP的分子机制,以期发现损伤后标志分子及临床治疗靶点,提出干预措施。为阐明POP发生机制提供新的理论依据,为POP治疗提供新思路。  

Objectives of Study:

Our project group intends to explore the distribution of normal and pelvic organ prolapsed sacral ligament cells, single-cell transcriptome and spatial transcription maps from the aspects of single-cell transcriptome sequencing combined with spatial transcriptome sequencing technology, analyze the expression of different genes in different cells, resulting in biological functional changes and clinical phenotypes, screen genes and signaling pathways related to biomechanical regulation and cytoskeletal changes, verify the molecular mechanism leading to POP, in order to discover post-injury marker molecules and clinical treatment targets, and propose interventions. In order to provide a new theoretical basis for elucidating the mechanism of POP and provide new ideas for POP treatment.

纳入标准:

行子宫全切者(患POP或除排除标准外的其他良性妇科疾病)

Inclusion criteria

People who have undergone total hysterectomy (with POP or other benign gynaecological conditions other than exclusion criteria)

排除标准:

(1)恶性肿瘤病史;
(2)自身免疫和结缔组织疾病;
(3)子宫切除术后;
(4)盆底修复术后;
(5)子宫内膜异位、子宫腺肌症;
(6)非卵巢内分泌肿瘤等雌激素相关疾病;
(7)急慢性盆腔炎和盆腔炎后遗症;
(8)已知有人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染;
(9)其他研究者认为不适合本临床试验的情形。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) History of malignant tumors;
(2) autoimmune and connective tissue diseases;
(3) after hysterectomy;
(4) After pelvic floor repair;
(5) Endometriosis, adenomyosis;
(6) Non-ovarian endocrine tumors and other estrogen-related diseases;
(7) acute and chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae;
(8) Known human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection;
(9) Other investigators believe that it is not suitable for this clinical trial.
