研究目的：

本项目旨在探究老年冠心病患者内在能力水平；评估内在能力减退老年冠心病患者心脏康复依从性情况，分析影响因素；构建预测模型以早期识别心脏康复依从性差的患者；为临床医务人员根据模型的危险因素比重制定干预方案，尽早给予针对性干预提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this project is to explore the internal ability level of elderly patients with coronary heart disease. To evaluate the compliance of rehabilitation in elderly patients with coronary heart disease with reduced intrinsic ability and analyze the influencing factors; A predictive model was constructed to identify patients with poor compliance in rehabilitation at an early stage. To provide reference for clinical medical staff to make intervention plan according to the proportion of risk factors in the model and to provide targeted intervention as soon as possible.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合 WHO 冠心病诊断标准；
（2）意识清醒，思维正常，有一定理解能力；
（3）年龄≥60 岁；
（4）自愿参加调查。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meeting WHO diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease; (2) clear consciousness, normal thinking, with certain understanding ability; (3) Age ≥60 years old; (4) Volunteer to participate in the survey.

排除标准：

2.2 排除标准
（1）伴有严重并发症或其他器质性病变；
（2）听力障碍和严重认知障碍者；
（3）心功能纽约心脏协会（New York Heart Association， HYHA）分级Ⅳ级、急性发病期、
病情危重、绝对卧床患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion Criteria (1) Severe complications or other organic lesions; (2) hearing impairment and severe cognitive impairment; (3) function New York Heart Association (HYHA) Grade Ⅳ, acute onset, Critically ill, absolutely bedridden patients.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

（1）问卷发放 《一般资料调查问卷》《简易智能精神状态评估量表》《老年抑郁量表》《微型营养评估简表》《国际体力活动问卷》。向调查对象解释调查表的填写方法、注意事项及内容，使调查对象填写要求完全理解并如实填写。 （2）问卷回收 在每个被调查对象问卷回答完毕后当场对整份问卷进行认真核查，发现有遗漏、疑问或不符合要求之处，当场请调查对象补填和修正，完毕之后收回。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

(1) Questionnaire distribution General Information Questionnaire, Simple Intelligent Mental State Assessment Scale, Geriatric Depression Scale, Mini-Nutrition Assessment Form, International Physical Activity Questionnaire. Explain the filling method, precautions and contents of the questionnaire to the respondents, so that the respondents can fully understand the filling requirements and fill in the questionnaire truthfully. (2) Questionnaire retrieval After each respondent has answered the questionnaire, the whole questionnaire will be carefully checked on the spot. If there is any omission, doubt or non-compliance, the respondent will be asked to fill in and correct the questionnaire on the spot, and the questionnaire will be recalled after the completion.
