研究目的：

观察颊针疗法对老年腹腔镜下胃癌根治术患者应激反应及术后镇痛的影响，并推测其可能的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

The effect of buccal acupuncture on stress response and postoperative analgesia in elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic gastric resection was observed, and the possible mechanism was speculated.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

择期行腹腔镜下胃癌根治术患者，年龄65~80岁，BMI 22~28 kg/m2，ASA Ⅰ—III级

Inclusion criteria

Patients with elective laparoscopic radical gastrectomy, aged 65 to 80 years, BMI 22 ~ 28 kg/m2, ASA grade I-III.

排除标准：

术前伴有心、肝、肺或肾功能不全；有糖尿病、神经系统疾病、血液系统疾病或免疫系统疾病；有精神异常、听力或语言障碍；有慢性疼痛病史；有长期服用精神类药物或镇痛药物史；有吸毒或酒精依赖史；有头面部急性损伤、软组织疾病或感染；疑似有插管困难；凝血功能异常；有长期使用抗凝药物史。

Exclusion criteria：

Prior to surgery, cardiac, liver, lung, or renal dysfunction; diabetes, neurological, blood disorders, or immune system disorders; mental abnormalities, hearing or language disorders; history of chronic pain; history of psychotropic or analgesic medication; history of drug use or alcohol dependence; acute head and facial injury, soft tissue disease or infection; suspected difficulty in cannulation; abnormal coagulation function; history of long-term use of anticoagulant drugs.

由于本研究颊针治疗操作比较特殊，无法实现双盲。但在操作后，我们用无菌铺巾将受试者头部掩盖，保证观察者不知道入组情况。

Blinding：

Due to the special operation of the buccal acupuncture treatment in this study, double blinding could not be achieved. However, after manipulation, we covered the subject's head with a sterile scarf to ensure that the observer was not aware of the enrollment.
