研究目的：

项目组非常关注由于学业、就业、人际交往等方面压力过大而出现轻度抑郁的在校大学生，致力为大学生的心理健康保驾护航。本研究根据耳穴疗法对于焦虑障碍和中风后抑郁的有效性，结合指导老师的临床经验，采用耳穴疗法，通过观察该疗法防治大学生轻度抑郁症疗效和安全性评价，以期为大学生轻度抑郁症提供安全可靠的中医非药物疗法。  

Objectives of Study：

The project team pays great attention to college students who have mild depression due to excessive pressure in study, employment, interpersonal communication and other aspects, and is committed to protecting the mental health of college students. According to the effectiveness of auricular therapy for anxiety disorders and post-stroke depression, combined with the clinical experience of the instructor, auricular therapy was adopted to evaluate the efficacy and safety of mild depression in college students, in order to provide safe and reliable TCM non-drug therapy for mild depression in college students.

纳入标准：

纳入标准： （1）受试者年龄在18-28岁之间； （2）汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD-17）的评分在7-17； （3）无重大脏器疾病者； （4）未接受其他干预者； （5）居住地固定者； （6）对本项目知情同意者，并经过医学伦理学批准。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The subjects were aged between 18 and 28 years old; (2) The Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) was scored at 7-17; (3) No major organ diseases; (4) Those not receiving other interventions; (5) Fixed residence; (6) Informed consent for the project, and approved by medical ethics.

排除标准：

（1）对本研究所使用的王不留行籽、胶布等过敏者，耳部有重大溃疡者； （2）对进行的研究不配合者； （3）有重大脏器疾病的患者； （4）受试者在实验过程中提出终止实验的要求； （5）不符合纳入标准而被误入的病历将进行剔除； （6）哺乳期或妊娠期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those who are not allergic to seeds and tape used in the institute, and have major ear ulcers; (2) Those who do not cooperate with the research conducted; (3) Patients with major organ diseases; (4) The subject makes the request to terminate the experiment during the experiment; (5) Medical records that do not meet the inclusion criteria and are misentered will be removed; (6) Women during lactation or pregnancy.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

（1）病例报告表制作、填写 ①认真记录患者的病例情况，应对全部病例、有时测漏等情况进行详细的记录、说明； ②实验记录本及病例记录表作为原始记录，不得少项、漏项以及随意更改； ③对显著偏差或在临床可接受范围以外的数据须加以核实，咨询指导老师做必要的说明。 （2）数据的录入与修改 数据的输入需要录入员操作，存在疑问的，数据管理员应根据研究者的回答进行数据的修改、确认与录入。
