研究目的：

本课题通过随机双盲对照方法评价除风益损汤加减方对PDR玻璃体切割术后硅油眼黄斑水肿的防治作用。本课题发挥中医优势，探讨中医药在眼科围手术期的作用，对于减轻糖网玻切术后硅油眼黄斑水肿，促进视功能恢复，提高临床疗效具有重要意义。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, the effect of adding and subtracting the soup plus and minus the wind gain and loss on the prevention and treatment of the macular edema of the silicone oil eye after PDR vitrectomy was evaluated by random double-blind control method. This topic gives full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine and explores the role of traditional Chinese medicine in the perioperative period of ophthalmology, which is of great significance for alleviating the macular edema of the silicone oil eye after syrupectomy, promoting the recovery of visual function, and improving clinical efficacy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合 2 型糖尿病诊断患者；
（2）符合增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变诊断标准，需行 23G 玻璃体切割+硅油填充手术；
（3）术后1周行OCT检查术眼存在黄斑水肿，测得的黄斑区视网膜厚度≥300 μm；
（4）年龄在 18 岁-70 岁之间；
（5）签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients with a diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus;
(2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for proliferative diabetic retinopathy, and require 23G vitreous cutting + silicone oil filling surgery;
(3) There is macular edema in the eye 1 week after OCT examination, and the measured retinal thickness of the macular area ≥ 300 μm;
(4) Be between the ages of 18 and 70;
(5) Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）屈光间质欠清，难以进行眼底观察者；
（2）合并有黄斑裂孔，青光眼、视网膜静脉阻塞、葡萄膜炎、视神经疾病等眼底病者；
（3）合并有严重心脑血管、肝脏和造血系统疾病和糖尿病肾病发生肾衰的患者；
（4）合并有严重危及生命的原发性疾病及精神病患者；
（5）妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
（6）正在参加其他药物临床试验者；
（7）检查过程不能配合；
（8）不能坚持追踪眼底检查。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Refractive interstitials are not clear, and it is difficult to observe the fundus;
(2) Those with macular slits, glaucoma, retinal vein obstruction, uveitis, optic nerve diseases and other fundus diseases;
(3) Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver and hematopoietic system diseases and diabetic nephropathy with renal failure;
(4) Patients with serious life-threatening primary diseases and mental illnesses;
(5) Pregnant or lactating women;
(6) Those who are participating in clinical trials of other drugs;
(7) The inspection process cannot be cooperated;
(8) Can not insist on tracking fundus examination.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

病例报告表由研究者填写，每个入选病例（包括脱落病例）必须完成病例报告表。完成的病例报告表，确认所有病例报告表填写正确完整，并与原始资料一致。如有错误和遗漏，及时要求研究者改正。对于完成的病例报告表管理员需在录入前再次核对，对病例报告表中存在的疑问，数据管理员将产生疑问解答表，研究者应尽快解答并返回，数据管理员根据研究者的回答进行数据修改、确认，必要时可以再次发出疑问解答表。 数据录入与管理由数据管理员负责。数据管理员采用EPIDATA软件编制数据录入程序，进行数据录入与管理。为保证数据的准确性，应由两个数据管理员独立进行双份录入并校对。录入过程中发现问题或意外情况，应做好登记并及时报告，以便迅速处理问题，数据录入结束后应抽查部分观察表格，了解录入质量，分析并处理存在的问题。录入完成后，数据管理员应与主要研究者一起，按病例报告表中各指标数值的范围和相互关系拟定数据范围检查、逻辑检查内容。并编写相应的计算机程序，对错误的数据加以改正，如果发现数据错误来自于病例报告表，可以再次发出疑问解答表，数据管理员根据研究者的回答进行数据修改、确认。所有错误内容及修改结果应有记录并妥善保存。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The case report form is completed by the investigator and must be completed for each selected case,( including shedding cases). Completed case report forms to confirm that all case report forms are correctly completed and consistent with the original data. If there are errors and omissions, the researchers are required to correct them in a timely manner. For the completed case report form administrator needs to check again before entering, for the doubts existing in the case report form, the data administrator will generate a question answer sheet, the researcher should answer and return as soon as possible, the data administrator will modify and confirm the data according to the investigator's answer, and if necessary, the question answer sheet can be issued again. Data entry and management is the responsibility of the data administrator. The data administrator uses EPIDATA software to compile data entry procedures for data entry and management. To ensure the accuracy of the data, two data administrators should independently double-copy and proofread. Problems or accidents are found in the entry process, should be registered and reported in time, in order to quickly deal with the problem, after the end of the data entry should be a part of the observation form, to understand the quality of the entry, analysis and deal with the existing problems. After the entry is completed, the data manager shall work with the main investigator to formulate the data range check and logical check content according to the scope and interrelationship of the values of each indicator in the case report table. And write the corresponding computer program, the wrong data to correct, if the data error is found to come from the case report form, you can send out the question answer sheet again, the data administrator according to the researcher's answer to the data modification, confirmation. All errors and correction results shall be recorded and properly kept.
