研究目的：

（1）明确易医脐针治疗压力性损伤患者的临床疗效及安全性。 （2）形成易医脐针治疗压力性损伤的循证医学证据，为临床PI的治疗提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To clarify the clinical efficacy and safety of I-Ching umbilical acupuncture in the treatment of pressure injury patients. (2) Form the evidence-based medical evidence of I-Ching umbilical acupuncture for pressure injury, and provide a reference for the clinical treatment of PI.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①患者压力性损伤创面位于尾骶部或者足部，分期为2～3期； ②患者年龄在18岁以上； ③患者接受过医药治疗，包括合适标准的压力性损伤护理； ④患者签署知情同意书，自愿参加本试验。

Inclusion criteria

①The patient's pressure injury wound is located in the coccyx or foot, and the stage is 2-3; ② The patient is over 18 years old; ③Patients have received medical treatment, including appropriate standards of pressure injury care; ④Patients signed the informed consent and voluntarily participated in this experiment.

排除标准：

①有血液病患者； ②有急性心力衰竭、严重肺部感染、呼吸衰竭等严重合并症及恶病质的患者； ③检查和治疗不能配合者。

Exclusion criteria：

①Patients with blood diseases; ②Patients with acute heart failure, severe lung infection, respiratory failure and other severe complications and cachexia; ③Those who cannot cooperate with examination and treatment.

采用计算机生成随机数字获得随机序列分为脐针治疗组和常规对照组，两组样本量按1：1的比例，将随机数分别装入密封、不透明的信封袋中，该信封袋由专门负责随机分配的人员妥善保管。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The random sequence was obtained by computer-generated random numbers and divided into the umbilical acupuncture treatment group and the conventional control group. The sample size of the two groups was in the ratio of 1:1, and the random numbers were respectively put into sealed, opaque envelope bags. Randomly assigned personnel for safekeeping.
