研究目的：

本项目通过多中心前瞻性观察性队列研究，建立安徽省少见、罕见心肌病队列，收集心肌病患者的基线特征、诊疗和随访数据，旨在掌握区域流行病学特点、诊疗和预后情况，为临床规范诊治提供数据支撑  

Objectives of Study：

Through a multicenter prospective observational cohort study, this project established a rare cardiomyopathy cohort in Anhui Province, and collected baseline characteristics, diagnosis and treatment and follow-up data of patients with cardiomyopathy, aiming to grasp the regional epidemiological characteristics, diagnosis and treatment and prognosis, and provide data support for clinical standardized diagnosis and treatment

纳入标准：

1）年龄大于 18 岁； 2）符合 2017 年《中国成人肥厚型心肌病诊断与治疗指南》中肥厚型心肌病诊断标准，或符合 2021 年《中国法布雷病诊疗专家共识》中法布雷病诊断标准，或符合 2021 年《转甲状腺素蛋白心脏淀粉样变诊断与治疗中国专家共识》中转甲状腺素蛋白心脏淀粉样变诊断标准的受试者； 3）所有受试者对本研究内容知情同意并签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1) Age older than 18 years old; 2) Subjects who meet the diagnostic criteria for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy in the 2017 "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy in Adults", or meet the diagnostic criteria for Fabry disease in the 2021 "Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Fabry Disease" in China, or meet the diagnostic criteria for transthyretin cardiac amyloidosis in the 2021 "Chinese Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Transthyretin Cardiac Amyloidosis"; 3) All subjects gave informed consent to the content of the study and signed the informed consent form;

排除标准：

1）妊娠或正准备妊娠及哺乳期妇女； 2）依从性差、认知障碍或其他原因不能配合完成研究的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1) Pregnant or preparing to become pregnant and lactating women; 2) Patients with poor compliance, cognitive impairment or other reasons who cannot cooperate in completing the study;
