探究气管插管在危险性上消化道出血内镜检查患者中的有效性与安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the effectiveness and safety of tracheal intubation in patients undergoing endoscopic examination for high-risk upper gastrointestinal bleeding.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、ICU收治的上消化道出血患者；2、进行胃十二指肠镜检查治疗；3、年龄≥18岁，性别不限。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to ICU; 2. Administer gastroduodenoscopy. 3.Patients aged >= 18 years, regardless of gender.

排除标准：

1、患者或家属拒绝气管插管；2、已经建立人工气道患者出现上消化道出血；3、合并下消化道出血；4、正在参与其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patient or legal representative refuses tracheal intubation; 2. Patient with upper gastrointestinal bleeding who has established an artificial airway; 3. With lower gastrointestinal bleeding; 4. Participating in other clinical trials.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

All data will be collected by trained researchers and research doctors. The data is then entered into Excel dataset and into the electronic database. The researchers are responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy and timely recording of the data collected. After the completion of data entry and verification, data management personnel, main researchers, sponsors and statistical analysts shall jointly review the data, and complete the final definition and judgment of the analysis population.
