研究目的：

明确围绝经期雌孕激素波动水平对女性CTS患病及病程的影响，为预防及治疗围绝经期女性CTS提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the effect of perimenopausal estrogen and progesterone fluctuations on the prevalence and course of CTS in women, and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of CTS in perimenopausal women

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）首次诊断为CTS患者；（2）围绝经期女性，年龄45 - 55岁。

Inclusion criteria

( 1 ) The first diagnosis of CTS patients ; ( 2 ) Perimenopausal women, aged 45-55 years.

排除标准：

（1）焦虑、抑郁症等精神疾病者；（2）不能长期跟踪随访患者；（3）卵巢切除、使用雌孕激素类药物、垂体瘤等影响激素水平的患者；（4）严重颈椎病、旋前圆肌综合症、末梢神经炎、胸廓出口综合征、大鱼际支卡亚综合症、臂丛神经损伤等周围神经系统疾病患者；（5）伴有糖尿病、BMI较高等CTS高危因素患者。

Exclusion criteria：

( 1 ) Patients with mental illness such as anxiety and depression ; ( 2 ) Patients cannot be followed up for a long time ; ( 3 ) Patients with ovarian resection, use of estrogen and progesterone drugs, pituitary tumors and other factors affecting hormone levels ; ( 4 ) Patients with peripheral nervous system diseases such as severe cervical spondylosis, pronator syndrome, peripheral neuritis, thoracic outlet syndrome,nar branch cardia syndrome, brachial plexus injury ; ( 5 ) Patients with high risk factors of CTS with diabetes and higher BMI.
