研究目的：

探索适宜我国低卫生资源地区的消除宫颈癌和乳腺癌综合防控服务模式，形成可复制、可推广的示范经验。  

Objectives of Study：

Explore a service model of cervical cancer elimination and comprehensive prevention and control of breast cancer in low medical resource areas in China, and form a replicable and scalable demonstration experience.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)项目地区11-13岁女童； (2)项目地区35-64周岁女性，宫颈完整，理解项目程序，自愿参与宫颈癌筛查，并签署知情同意书； (3)项目地区35-64周岁女性,理解项目程序，自愿参与乳腺癌筛查，并签署知情同意书； (4)既往参加“以超声为基础的乳腺癌筛查队列研究”的妇女。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Girls who aged 11-13 in the project areas (2) Women aged 35-64 in the project areas who have intact cervix, understand the project procedures, voluntarily participate in cervical cancer screening, and sign the informed consent. (3) Women aged 35-64 in the project areas who understand the project procedures, voluntarily participate in breast cancer screening, and sign the informed consent. (4) Women who had previously participated in the "ultrasound-based breast cancer screening cohort study".

排除标准：

(1)已接种HPV疫苗或有禁忌症的女童；
(2)既往3年内接受过宫颈癌筛查或有宫颈癌及癌前病变疾病史的妇女；
(3)既往3年内接受过乳腺癌筛查或有乳腺癌及癌前病变疾病史,处于怀孕、哺乳期妇女或计划怀孕中的妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Girls who have received HPV vaccine or have contraindications;
(2) Women have received cervical cancer screening in the past 3 years, or with history of cervical cancer or precancerous lesions.
(3) Women have received breast cancer screening in the past 3 years, or with history of breast cancer or precancerous lesion; pregnant women, breastfeeding women or women who are planning pregnancy.
