研究目的：

1.观察超声引导下腹横肌平面阻滞（TAPB）对子宫内膜癌根治术患者外周血中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比率（NLR）、血小板与淋巴细胞比率（PLR）的影响。 2.观察TAPB对子宫内膜癌根治术患者术中静脉麻醉药使用情况、术后镇痛的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To observe the effect of ultrasound-guided transversus abdominis plane block (TAPB) on peripheral blood neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio (PLR) in patients undergoing radical resection of endometrial cancer. 2. To observe the effect of TAPB on the use of intravenous anesthetics and postoperative analgesia in patients undergoing radical resection of endometrial cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄20~70岁；②首次诊断为子宫内膜癌，未接受任何系统治疗，且术后均经病理证实为子宫内膜癌；③ASA分级I~Ⅲ级；④未发生其他部位的远处转移；⑤同一组手术医师手术。

Inclusion criteria

① Age 20-70 years old; ② All patients were diagnosed as endometrial cancer for the first time without any systemic treatment, and confirmed as endometrial cancer by postoperative pathology; ③ASA grade I-III; ④ No distant metastasis of other sites occurred; ⑤ The operation was performed by the same group of surgeons.

排除标准：

①术前经放化疗、激素及免疫制剂治疗；②术前患有急、慢性感染性疾病；③合并其他恶性肿瘤；④合并血液系统及相关性疾病，凝血机制异常；⑤合并严重的重要器官疾病，严重全身性疾病；⑥合并自身免疫(免疫缺陷)性疾病；⑦临床资料不完整的病历。

Exclusion criteria：

① Preoperative chemoradiotherapy, hormone and immune therapy; ② Acute or chronic infectious diseases before surgery; ③ Complicated with other malignant tumors; ④ Combined with blood system and related diseases, abnormal coagulation mechanism; (5) Complicated with serious vital organ diseases or serious systemic diseases; ⑥ Combined with autoimmune (immunodeficiency) diseases; ⑦ Medical records with incomplete clinical data.
