研究目的：

通过虚拟现实技术，开发地震灾害救援3D模拟救援训练系统，此种方式与临床护理教育相结合，让临床护士在熟悉地震灾害救援及灾后重建过程中能够快速进入角色，达到教学培训目的，为虚拟现实技术在护理教育中的应用提供有效途径。  

Objectives of Study：

Through virtual reality technology, the 3D simulation rescue training system for earthquake disaster rescue is developed. This method is combined with clinical nursing education, so that clinical nurses can quickly enter the role in the process of familiarizing themselves with earthquake disaster rescue and post-disaster reconstruction, to achieve the purpose of teaching and training, and to provide an effective way for the application of virtual reality technology in nursing education.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）取得护士职业资格证书，长期从事临床护理工作；（2）工作年限5年以上，年龄≤50岁；（3）不存在眩晕症等VR训练禁忌证。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Obtained the professional qualification certificate of nurse and engaged in clinical nursing for a long time; (2) Working experience of more than 5 years, age ≤ 50 years; (3) There is no contraindication of VR training such as vertigo.

排除标准：

（1）视力不佳，双眼矫正视力1.0以下的护士（E视力表）；（2）长期患有心脏病、高血压等慢性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Nurses with poor vision and binocular corrected vision less than 1.0 (E vision chart); (2) Chronic diseases such as heart disease, hypertension, etc.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

在数据收集过程中，首先调查人员向研究对象解释研究目的、权利、义务和其他注意事项，并获得了研究对象的知情同意。调查人员使用统一的指导语言向研究对象解释了问卷的要求。在调查过程中，研究对象的隐私受到保护，所有问卷都在填写完成时收集。 收集好的问卷资料再由另外两名研究成员独立录入ResMan临床试验公共管理平台。

In the process of data collection, the investigator first explained the research purpose, rights, obligations and other considerations to the research object, and obtained the informed consent of the research object. The investigators explained the requirements of the questionnaire to the subjects in a unified guidance language. During the survey, the privacy of the subjects was protected, and all questionnaires were collected when they were completed.
