明确我国不同类型单基因糖尿病的患病比例  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the prevalence of subtypes of monogenic diabetes in China

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

None 

纳入标准：

①25岁前发病的糖尿病患者；或者35岁前被诊断为糖尿病，并且2个或以上直系亲属在45岁前被诊断为糖尿病； ②诊断时体重指数(BMI)＜28kg/m2； ③抗谷氨酸脱羧酶抗体(GAD-Ab)、抗胰岛细胞抗体(ICA-Ab)、抗胰岛素自身抗体(IAA-Ab)均阴性；

Inclusion criteria

① Diabetes patients who developed before 25 years old; Or they were diagnosed with diabetes before the age of 35, and two or more immediate relatives were diagnosed with diabetes before the age of 45; ② Body mass index (BMI) at diagnosis<28kg/m2; ③ Anti glutamic acid decarboxylase antibody (GAD Ab), anti islet cell antibody (ICA Ab), and anti insulin autoantibody (IAA Ab) were all negative;

排除标准：

①继发糖尿病患者，合并其他内分泌疾病者如甲状腺功能亢进或低下、甲状旁腺功能亢进或减退、肢端肥大症、库欣综合征、自身免疫性多发内分泌腺病等； ②正在或过去6个月内全身性应用糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂等药物者； ③恶性肿瘤患者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Secondary diabetes patients with other endocrine diseases, such as hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism, hyperparathyroidism or hypothyroidism, acromegaly, Cushing's syndrome, autoimmune multiple endocrine diseases, etc; ② Systemic use of corticosteroids, immunosuppressants, and other drugs within the past 6 months; ③ Patients with malignant tumors.
