拟探究术前睡眠紊乱对CPSP的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To detect the association of perioperative sleep disturbance and chronic postsurgery pain

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄大于18岁； （2）ASA I 至 II 级患者； （3）接受全身麻醉患者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age older than 18 years; (2) Patients of ASA I to II; (3)Patients receiving general anesthesia.

排除标准：

（1）入组前存在三个月以上或三个月内有一半天数以上的躯体疼痛，或三个月以上或三个月内有一半天数以上因疼痛服用过非甾体抗炎药或阿片类镇痛药； （2）具有明确基因检测报告（COMT、OPRM1、GCH1）位点突变； （3）存在确诊精神类疾病如焦虑、抑郁或服用精神类药物； （4）术前存在肢体残疾或即将进行截肢手术患者； （5）恶性肿瘤患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) There were physical pains for more than three months or more than half of the days within three months before enrollment, or taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or opioids for pain for more than three months or more than half of the days within three months; (2) Have a clear genetic test report (COMT, OPRM1, GCH1) site mutation; (3) Have a confirmed mental illness such as anxiety, depression or take psychotropic drugs; (4) Have physical disabilities before surgery or are about to undergo surgery (5) Patients with malignant tumors.
