研究目的：

探讨种植体周龈沟液中短链脂肪酸与种植体周病的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the correlation between short-chain fatty acids in peri-implant crevicular fluid and peri-implant disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1） 受试者在接受植入手术时年满18岁；（2） 存在一颗或多颗可诊断为种植体周健康、种植体周围黏膜炎或种植体周炎的种植体；（3） 种植修复体负载时间超过1年；（4）种植体无机械并发症。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Participant is 18 years of age or older at receipt of implant surgery; (2) Presence of one or more dental implants which can be diagnosed as peri-implant health, peri-implant mucositis or peri-implantitis; (3) The implant-supported prosthesis was loaded for more than 1 year; (4) No mechanical complications with the implant.

排除标准：

（1） 患者处于妊娠期或哺乳期；（2） 前3个月内抗生素或抗炎药的摄入量；（3） 重度吸烟患者（>10支/天）；（4） 患有代谢性骨病、严重骨质疏松症或未经治疗的糖尿病的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Pregnancy or lactation period; (2) Intake of antibiotics or anti-inflammatory drugs in the previous 3 months; (3) Heavy smoking (>10 cigarettes/day). (4) Patients with metabolic bone diseases, severe osteoporosis or unmanaged diabetes.
