更好的了解获得性肝脑变性这种少见病  

Objectives of Study：

To better understand the disease of acquired hepatocerebral degeneration (AHCD).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

We collected clinical data and imagological examination from 8 cases of AHCD , We analyzed and concluded the clinical information as well as reviewed the literature.  

纳入标准：

（1）肝硬化失代偿期或门体分流病史。（2） 反复出现HE。（3） 主要表现为锥体外系症状的脑功能损害。（4） 头部MRI检查显示基底节区有对称的T1加权高信号。（5） 排除其他类型脑病。

Inclusion criteria

1) History of decompensated liver cirrhosis or portosystemic shunt. (2) Recurring HE. (3) The main manifestation is brain function damage caused by extrapyramidal symptoms. (4) Head MRI examination showed symmetrical T1 weighted high signal intensity in the basal ganglia area. (5) Excluding other types of encephalopathy.
