观察依托咪酯丙泊酚对心脏外科体外循环手术患者术后预后的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of etomidate and propofol on postoperative prognosis of patients undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass in cardiac surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

接受体外循环的心脏外科手术

Inclusion criteria

Cardiac surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass.

排除标准：

术前存在应用大量糖皮质激素的患者、术前肾上腺皮质功能障碍的患者、非首次心脏外科手术患者、术前存在严重脑、肝、肾功能异常患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with preoperative use of a large amount of glucocorticoids, patients with preoperative adrenocortical dysfunction, patients with non first cardiac surgery, and patients with severe brain, liver and kidney dysfunction before operation.
