纳入标准：

1、在广西壮族自治区人民医院进行孕检；
2、年龄18-45岁；
3、孕周10-14周；

Inclusion criteria

1.Receive prenatal checkup at the People's Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
2.Age range: 18-45 years old.
3.Gestational weeks: 10-14 weeks.

排除标准：

1、依从性较差，不愿接受孕检所必须的各项检查。 2、排除有阿司匹林过敏史的孕产妇。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Severe lack of information regarding medical records or delivery records.
2.Accompanied by severe fetal abnormalities.
