研究目的：

针对甲字提毒药捻治疗难愈性窦道进行有效性、安全性及卫生经济学评价，形成临床研究证据，探讨甲字提毒药捻治疗窦道类疾病的优势所在，建立可靠、符合临床实际的治疗难愈性窦道的中医特色方案，为其临床推广应用提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The efficacy, safety and health economics evaluation of Jia Zi Ti Du drug twist in the treatment of refractory sinus tract were carried out, clinical research evidence was formed, the advantages of Jia Zi Ti Du drug twist in the treatment of sinus tract diseases were discussed, and a reliable and clinical practice TCM characteristic program for the treatment of refractory sinus tract was established to provide a basis for its clinical promotion and application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（l）符合窦道疾病诊断。 （2）前期应用手术治疗、外科换药、中医治疗等方法（包括但不限于窦道切开或切除配合清创后换药、负压封闭引流、外科常规换药、自体富血小板血浆治疗、异体富血小板血浆治疗、掺药、贴敷、冲洗灌注疗法、纱条引流、负压拔罐等）进行治疗，且周期≥4周仍未愈合者。 （3）年龄在18～70岁（包括18岁和70岁）之间女性。 （4）窦道深度≥1厘米且≤4厘米。 （5）知情同意，志愿受试，能够配合医护人员进行治疗和护理工作，签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

(1)Meet the diagnostic criteria for sinus. (2)Those who are treated with surgical treatment, surgical dressing change, traditional Chinese medicine treatment and other methods in the early stage, and the sinus is still not healed for ≥ 4 weeks. (3)Women aged between 18~70 (including 18 and 70 years old); (4)The depth of sinus is ≥ 1 cm and ≤4 cm; (5)Informed consent, who can cooperate with treatment and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）合并有心脑血管、肝脏、肾脏、造血系统等严重全身疾病或精神病患者。 （2）妊娠期、哺乳期及准备怀孕的妇女。 （3）过敏体质，或对实验药物过敏者。 （4）正在参加其他临床研究者。 （5）截止参与本课题之前，曾在本次疾病治疗过程中使用过甲字提毒药捻者或与药捻配方相似的治疗方法及手段。

Exclusion criteria：

(1)Patients with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, or psychosis; (2)Women who are pregnant,lactating or trying to become pregnant; (3)Those who are allergies, or allergic to experimental drugs. (4)Those who are participating in other clinical trials. (5)As of the time of participating in this project, who had used Jia Zi Ti Du twister or a treatment method similar to the drug twister formula in the treatment of this disease.

本研究数据管理由本课题组负责，以确保临床试验数据的真实性、完整性、私密性和可溯源性。由项目负责人或其他被授权的研究者将信息填写入CRF表中。研究者将采用标准操作规程，以保证临床试验的质量控制和质量保证系统的实施。临床试验中所有观察结果和发现都将加以核实，以保证数据的可靠性，确保临床试验中各项结论来源于原始数据。在数据处理的每一阶段均采用质量控制，以保证所有数据可靠，处理正确。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This research group is responsible for data management to ensure the authenticity, integrity, privacy and traceability of clinical trial data. Information is entered into the CRF form by the program manager or other authorized investigator. Investigators will use standard operating procedures to ensure quality control of clinical trials and the implementation of quality assurance systems. All observations and findings in clinical trials will be verified to ensure data reliability and that conclusions in clinical trials are derived from the original data.
