研究目的：

1.分析心血管手术患者术后神经损伤的危险因素 2.评价TCCD联合rSO2对心血管手术患者术后神经功能损伤的预测价值  

Objectives of Study：

1. To analyze the risk factors of postoperative nerve injury in patients undergoing cardiovascular surgery. 2. To evaluate the predictive value of TCCD combined with rSO2 for postoperative nerve function injury in patients undergoing cardiovascular surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

需要CPB的心血管手术患者；大于18周岁；颞窗未缺如；知情并签署同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Cardiovascular surgery patients requiring CPB;Older than 18 years old;With no absence of temporal window;Informed and signed consent form

排除标准：

颈动脉严重狭窄者；颞窗缺如；小于18周岁；患者拒绝；术中发生未预料到的意外者；术前已有颅脑损伤者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with severe carotid artery stenosis;Absence of temporal window;Less than 18 years old;Patient rejection;Unexpected intraoperative accident; And preoperative craniocerebral injury
