研究目的：

探索穴位灸法联合悬吊训练对慢性腰痛患者功能活动的影响及神经机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effectiveness and neural mechanisms of acupoint moxibustion combined with sling exercise training in patients with chronic low back pain.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合 cLBP 诊断标准； ②符合肾虚型腰痛、瘀血型腰痛和寒湿型腰痛诊断标准； ③年龄 18-60 岁； ④身体质量指数（Body Mass Index，BMI）在标准的±10%范围内； ⑤腰/骶部疼痛持续/间断时间≥3 个月； ⑥VAS 评分在3-7分。

Inclusion criteria

①Meets the diagnostic criteria of chronic low back pain, ②Meets the diagnostic criteria of kidney deficiency type, blood stasis type and cold dampness type; ③Age 18-60 years old, ④The Body Mass Index (BMI) is within the standard ±10% range, ⑤Low back pain exists duration/discontinuity ≥3 months , ⑥The VAS score is 3-7.

排除标准：

①存在脊柱明显畸形（脊柱骨折、滑脱、峡部裂、严重脊柱侧弯等）； ②脊柱肿瘤、明显神经系统体征(如感觉或运动功能障碍)或既往有脊柱手术史等； ③妊娠、哺乳期、月经期以及有长期痛经的女性。

Exclusion criteria：

①Significant deformity of the spine (spinal fracture, spondylolysis, severe scoliosis, etc.), ②Spinal tumors, significant neurological signs (such as sensory or motor dysfunction), or a history of spinal surgery, ③Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, menstruating, and have chronic dysmenorrhea.
