研究目的：

1、定量探究健康人群中口颌面QST 指标（PPT/2PD/OS）的正常范围； 2、定量研究TMD 患者与正常人群之间、不同亚型的TMD 患者之间QST 指标（PPT/2PD/OS）的差异； 3、定量研究TMD 患者QST 指标（PPT/2PD/OS）与其口颌面功能、心理状态的相关性； 4、采用无监督机器学习算法分析TMD 患者的QST 指标及其他临床参数，探究建立TMD 分类诊断模型。 该项目的顺利实施将为临床医生评估患者疼痛强度提供客观、量化的标准，提高诊断的准确性，促进个性化治疗方案的制定和预后的判断。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To quantitatively explore the normal range of oral and maxillofacial QST index (PPT/2PD/OS) in healthy people; 2. To quantitatively study the difference of QST index (PPT/2PD/OS) between TMD patients and normal people, and between different subtypes of TMD patients; 3. To quantitatively study the correlation

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

实验组纳入标准：1）年龄为18～65岁的成年患者，符合TMD的诊断
健康组纳入标准：18-55周岁，无TMD症状，总体健康状况良好，三年内无心血管、肝脏、肾脏、呼吸、血液和淋巴、内分泌、免疫、精神、神经肌肉、胃肠道系统等慢性疾病史或严重疾病史。

Inclusion criteria

1. Adult patients aged 18 to 65 years old were in accordance with the diagnosis of TMD
The inclusion criteria of the healthy group: 18-55 years old, no TMD symptoms, good overall health, no history of chronic or serious diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney, respiration, blood and lymph, endocrine, immunity, spirit, neuromuscle, gastrointestinal system and so on.

排除标准：

1. 目前正在接受药物、物理等形式的颞下颌关节紊乱病治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. currently receiving medical, physical and other forms of temporomandibular joint disorder treatment.
