本项目的在于考查汉语阅读障碍亚类型的神经机制，以及针对各亚类型的缺陷尝试寻找最优的行为干预。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this project is to examine the neural mechanisms of Chinese dyslexia subtypes and to seek optimal behavioral interventions for each subtype of dyslexia

纳入标准：

1、Raven智力得分不低于80分；
2、句子阅读流畅性或汉字命名测试的得分低于均值1.5个标准差；
3、汉语为母语;
4、右利手

Inclusion criteria

(1)standard score on Raven was above 80;
(2) z-score was below -1.5 on either a sentence reading fluency test or a character naming test.
(3) native Mandarin Chinese speakers;
(4) right-handed

排除标准：

Raven得分低于80, 患有注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)、自闭症、口吃或任何其他神经或精神障碍，非右利手

Exclusion criteria：

Raven scored below 80, have attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism, stuttering or any other neurological or psychiatric disorder,non-right-handed

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集：通过行为测试和fMRI测试分别获取被试的行为数据和脑激活数据； 数据管理：采用ResMan管理系统进行数据的电子采集和管理
