研究微旁流呼末二氧化碳监测在小儿非插管全麻手术中呼吸功能管理的有效性和安全性.  

Objectives of Study：

To study the effectiveness and safety of microstream end-expiratory carbon dioxide monitoring in children undergoing elective surgery under non-intubated general anesthesia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

拟行非插管全麻手术(包皮环切术、输尿管支架取出术)的小儿患者,年龄1~12岁,ASA I~II级,签署知情同意.

Inclusion criteria

Pediatric patients, aged 1 to 12 years, who were elective to undergo non-intubated general anesthesia (circumcision, ureteral stents removal), ASA I ~II,signed informed consent.

排除标准：

既往麻醉药物过敏史,严重心肺疾病,鼻部不通畅如腺样体肥大

Exclusion criteria：

Previous history of anesthesia drug allergy, serious cardiopulmonary disease, nasal obstruction such as adenoid hypertrophy
