研究目的：

改善儿童弥漫性内生型脑桥胶质瘤患者的肿瘤无进展生存期和总体生存期，制定DIPG的标准化治疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

To improve the PFS and OS of children with diffuse intrinsic pontine gliomas, and to formulate the standard treatment strategy for DIPG.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

a. 新诊断为DIPG，H3K27M突变的3-16岁儿童患者，性别不限。 b. 诊断为DIPG后必须经过活检且完整疗程的放疗。 c. 诊断为DIPG后没有使用化疗，免疫治疗等治疗方案。 d. Lansky评分≥50，整体器官功能正常，血常规等指标正常。 e. 病人/家属知情并自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

a. Patients with newly diagnosed H3K27M mutant DIPG, age must be ≥ 3 years of age and ≤ 16 years of age at the time of study entry for patients diagnosed with DIPG,all sexes eligible. b. DIPG patients haven't received any chemotherapy, immunotherapy and other treatment. c. Lansky score ≥ 50, normal organ function, normal Blood routine test and so on. d. DIPG patients must have been biopsied and accepted standard radiation therapy. e. Voluntary and sign a consent form.

排除标准：

a. 非H3K27M突变的DIPG，复发的DIPG。 b. 患者患有不可控的传染性疾病。 c. 患有其它恶性肿瘤患者。 d. 放疗不耐受的患者。 e. 研究者认为不适宜参加临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

a. No H3K27M mutant DIPG, recurrent DIPG. b. Patients with uncontrollable infectious disease. c. Have other malignant tumor history. d. Unable to tolerate radiotherapy. e. Other reasons that are not suitable to participate in this study according to the researcher's judgment.
