研究目的：

本研究是以全乳切除术后植入物即刻重建的患者为研究对象的回顾性队列研究，通过患者术后的BREAST-Q量表评分、并发症的发生率、乳房对称性评分，比较即刻乳房重建中胸肌前与胸肌后放置植入物的患者结局。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, a retrospective cohort study of patients with immediate implant reconstruction after total mastectomy was compared with the advantages and disadvantages of placing implants before and after the pectoral major muscle in immediate breast reconstruction by means of the patient's postoperative BREAST-Q scale score, incidence of complications, and breast symmetry score.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄大于18岁； 2.女性； 3.在西京医院接受乳房切除术和即刻乳房重建手术的患者； 4.同意签署知情同意书; 5.肿瘤直径均<5cm，且未侵及皮肤及胸大肌。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age greater than 18 years old; 2. Women; 3. Patients undergoing mastectomy and immediate breast reconstruction surgery in Xijing Hospital; 4. Agree to sign the informed consent form. 5.The tumors were < 5 cm in diameter and did not invade the skin and pectoralis major muscle.

排除标准：

1.局部晚期乳腺癌病人
2.妊娠哺乳期女性
3.随访时间小于6个月或不同意将其医疗记录用于研究的患者
4.延迟重建的患者
5.自体组织重建的患者
6.患有严重心、肝、肾等疾病者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with locally advanced breast cancer
2. Pregnant and lactating women
3. Patients with follow-up time of less than 6 months or who do not agree to use their medical records for research
4. Patients with delayed reconstruction
5. Patients with autologous tissue reconstruction
6.Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney and other diseases
