研究目的：

观察应用角膜OCT指导治疗白内障术后经注气治疗失败的难治性孔源性角膜后弹力层脱离的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To report and evaluate a new technique for treatment Descemet’s membrane detachment (DMD) secondary to cataract surgery by anterior Segment Optical Coherence Tomography (ASOCT).

纳入标准：

1.2014年10月起始在山东眼科医院就诊白内障术后经保守治疗无效且至少1次注气失败的角膜后弹力层脱离患者均纳入本研究。 2.所有患者需签署手术知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.From October 2014, patients with corneal Descemet’s membrane detachment who failed to DM reattachement and failed air injection after cataract surgery at least one time in Shandong Eye Hospital were included in this study. 2. All patients are required to sign an informed consent form for surgery.

排除标准：

失访患者(术后无法定期随访的患者)

Lost follow-up (patients who cannot be followed up regularly after surgery)
