研究目的：

评价线上认知行为心理干预减少乙型肝炎病毒感染者焦虑、抑郁和压力症状的有效性。评价线上干预改善乙型肝炎病毒感染者服药依从性的有效性。检验乙型肝炎病毒感染者对本干预的满意度和接受度。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the efficacy of an online psychological intervention for reducing symptoms of anxiety, depression and distress in people with Hepatitis B virus, compared to a usual care group. Second, to evaluate its efficacy for improving medication adherence in people with Hepatitis B virus. Third, to assess the intervention satisfaction and acceptability.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 18岁-65岁；2. 乙型肝炎表面抗原呈阳性；3. DASS 量表中抑郁、焦虑或压力达到中等或以上水平 （抑郁 > 10分、焦虑 > 8分、压力 > 15分）; 4. 拥有智能手机；5. 提供知情同意

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 or older; 2. Have a positive Hepatitis B surface antigen test result 3. DASS-21 depressive symptom score >10, anxiety symptoms score > 8, or stress levels score > 15; 4. Possess a smartphone; 5. Provided informed consent

排除标准：

1. 患有其他肝炎，包括甲型肝炎、丙型肝炎、自身免疫性肝炎和酒精性肝炎；2. 患有其他慢性身体疾病；3. 正接受心理治疗或心理咨询；4. 正参与其他临床实验；5. 曾被诊断心理或精神疾病；6. 半年内曾出现自杀想法

Exclusion criteria：

1. Complicating other chronic hepatitis such as Hepatitis C, autoimmune hepatitis, alcoholic hepatitis and fatty liver 2. Have other choric diseases. 3. Are currently receiving psychotherapy or psychological counselling. 4. Participating in other clinical trials. 5. Had been diagnosed with psychiatric or psychological disorders. 6. Had suicidal ideation for the past six months.
