研究目的：

探讨通过微信收集婴幼儿喂养和身体活动数据的新模式，并评估数据收集同时给予反馈指导对改善婴幼儿喂养和身体活动的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore a new model of data collection on infant feeding and movement behavior via WeChat, and evaluate the effectiveness of tailored feedback report on improving infant feeding and movement behavior among infants and young children in rural China while collecting data.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 婴儿年龄在1岁以下； 2) 主要养育人能用普通话阅读，并能通过手机使用微信，且具备上网条件； 3) 开展试验时正在大通县居住； 4) 知情同意并能积极配合。

Inclusion criteria

1)children aged under 1 years old; 2)Main caregivers can read in Mandarin, use WeChat by phone, and have access to the Internet; 3)Living in Datong when conducting the study 4)Inform consent and cooperate actively.

排除标准：

1) 儿童有结构性或遗传的出生缺陷，如神经管畸形、先天性心脏病、苯丙酮尿症等； 2) 主要养育人拒绝提供手机号码和（或）微信号和（或）无法用微信进行随访。

Exclusion criteria：

1)Children are diagnosed with structural or genetic birth defects, such as neural tube defects, congenital heart disease, phenylketonuria, etc.; 2) Main caregivers refuse to provide a phone number ,WeChat number,or main caregivers are unable to follow up by phone;

The random sequences are generated by a computer. Villages are devided into intervention group and control group,and then all infants and main caregivers who meet inclusion criteria in villages enter the group.
