研究目的：

本研究通过收集脓毒症伴或不伴急性肾损伤患者和健康志愿者的粪便样本、外周血样本，采用16s rRNA检测两组患者肠道微生物，代谢组学检测外周血中的代谢产物，检测mtDNA，结合脓毒症及急性肾损伤相关指标初步分析脓毒症及脓毒症急性肾损伤患者的差异菌群表征及其在脓毒症急性肾损伤发生中的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, fecal and peripheral blood samples were collected from sepsis patients with or without acute kidney injury and healthy volunteers, metabonomics is used to detect metabolites in peripheral blood and to detect mtDNA, to analyze the differential flora and its role in the pathogenesis of sepsis-induced acute kidney injury in patients with sepsis and sepsis-induced acute kidney injury.

纳入标准：

1: 入住ICU≥48小时，符合SA-AKI诊断标准者 2: 年龄≥18岁 3: APACHEⅡ评分≥15分

Inclusion criteria

1: Patients were admitted to ICU for ≥48 hours and met the diagnostic criteria for SA-AKI 2: age≥18 years 3: APACHEⅡ≥15

排除标准：

1: 24小时尿量<50ml者 2: 终末期肾病或慢性肾功能衰竭患者 3: 患者正在接受肾脏替代治疗(RRT) 4: 有急性冠状动脉疾病和中风病史的患者 5: 既往进行过肾移植的患者 6: 两周内使用抗生素的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1: urine < 50 ml in 24 hours 2: end-stage renal disease or chronic renal failure 3: The patient is receiving renal replacement therapy (RRT) 4: With a history of acute coronary artery disease and stroke 5: patients who have had a previous kidney transplant 6: Patients who were given antibiotics within two weeks
