研究目的：

1) 探究不同剂量苯磺酸瑞马唑仑气管插管全身麻醉联合髂筋膜神经阻滞对老年髋患者术中血流动力学的影响。 2) 探究不同剂量苯磺酸瑞马唑仑气管插管全身麻醉联合髂筋膜神经阻滞对老年髋患者术后苏醒质量的影响。 3) 探究不同剂量苯磺酸瑞马唑仑气管插管全身麻醉联合髂筋膜神经阻滞对老年髋患者术中镇静效果的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1)To explore the effect of different doses of Remimazolam besylate in the induction of tracheal intubation general anesthesia combined with iliac fascia nerve block on intraoperative hemodynamics in elderly hip patients. 2)To explore the effect of different doses of Remimazolam besylate in the induction of tracheal intubation general anesthesia combined with iliac fascia nerve block on postoperative recovery quality in elderly hip patients. 3)To explore the effect of different doses of Remimazolam besylate in the induction of tracheal intubation general anesthesia combined with iliac fascia nerve block on intraoperative sedative effect in elderly hip patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.ASA分级Ⅱ-Ⅳ级; 2.影像学符合老年髋手术诊断; 3.年龄≧65岁的择期全麻复合髂筋膜神经阻滞下进行的老年髋手术; 4.手术均由同一组医师进行操作; 5.签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. ASA I-III; 2.Imaging is consistent with the diagnosis of eldly hip operation; 3. Age ≥ 65 years and Elective examination or operation under general anesthesia combined with iliac fascia nerve block; 4. All performed by the same team of doctors; 5. Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.病理性骨折、多发伤及患者身体差无法耐受手术； 2.依从性差，不接受本次治疗; 3.长期使用镇痛药物、成瘾性药物； 4.伴有精神疾病、认知功能障碍性疾病、术后谵妄病史； 5.凝血功能异常；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pathological fracture, multiple injuries, too weak to tolerate the surgery; 2.Patients with poor compliance, do not accept this treatment; 3.Patients who use analgesics and addictive drugs for a long time; 4.Patients with history of mental disease, cognitive disorder, postoperative delirium; 5.Abnormal coagulation function;
