研究目的：

1.1 评估西藏地区新冠病毒对于妊娠期妇女的影响。 1.2 评估西藏地区新冠病毒对于新生儿的影响。 1.3 评估在妊娠期女性中与新冠重型或危重型感染相关的危险因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1.1 To assess the impact of COVID-19 on pregnant women in Tibet. 1.2 To assess the impact of COVID-19 on newborns in Tibet. 1.3 To assess the risk factors associated with COVID-19 severe or critical infection in pregnant women.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(a) 签署知情同意书并同意参与研究； (b) 为单胎妊娠； (c) 在入院前或入院时使用标准 RT-PCR进行 SARS-CoV-2 检测呈阴性或阳性。

Inclusion criteria

(a) Sign the informed consent form and agree to participate in the study; (b) Single pregnancy; (c) SARS-CoV-2 test using standard RT-PCR before or at admission was negative or positive.

排除标准：

(a) 无法配合课题随访人群； (b) 异位妊娠； (c) 在入院前或入院时无明确 SARS-CoV-2 检测结果。

Exclusion criteria：

(a) Unable to cooperate with the subject follow-up population; (b) Ectopic pregnancy; (c) There was no clear SARS-CoV-2 test result before or at the time of admission.

本研究拟采用倾向性评分匹配方式，以1：1比例，依据感染者的基线特征，筛选出200例未感染孕妇作为对照组。

In this study, 200 non-infected pregnant women were selected as the control group according to the baseline characteristics of infected women in a 1:1 ratio by using the propensity score matching method.
