研究目的：

通过临床试验评价头颈动脉瘤CT血管造影图像辅助检测软件对头颈部血管动脉瘤检出的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Assessment of the safety and effectiveness of CTA image assisted brain and carotid aneurysm detection software in detecting brain and carotid aneurysm through clinical trials.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 患者年龄≥18岁； 2. 患者进行头颈CTA检查，有完整头颈CTA影像（扫描范围由主动脉弓开始直至颅顶）及报告； 3. 影像层厚≤1mm。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patient aged ≥18 years old; 2. Patient underwent brain and carotid CTA examination and has complete CTA image (scanning range from aortic arch to cranial vault) and report; 3. Image layer thickness ≤1mm.

排除标准：

1. 图像质量差，如图像噪声大或出现错层等； 2. 图像中运动伪影或金属伪影（支架、钢钉、假牙等引起）严重； 3. 颈部动脉搭桥术后、颅脑血管术后（如支架术后、动脉瘤栓塞术、动脉瘤夹闭术后等）、烟雾病、脑部肿瘤的病例； 4. 颈部动静脉存在严重变异、畸形、动静脉瘘或动静脉极度迂曲的病例； 5. 研究者认为不适合入组的病例。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Poor image quality, such as high image noise or misalignment; 2. Severe motion artifacts or metal artifacts(caused by stents, steel nails, dentures, etc); 3. Patient with a history of neck arterial bypass surgery, cerebrovascular surgery (such as stent placement, embolization, clipping of aneurysms, etc.), moyamoya disease, or brain tumors; 4. Patient with severe variations, deformities, arteriovenous fistulas, or extreme tortuosity of the neck artery and vein; 5. Patient deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the researchers.

金标准或参考标准（即可准确诊断某疾病的单项方法或多项联合方法，在本研究中用于诊断是否有该病的临床参考标准）：

参考标准由两位高年资医生通过背靠背方式分别对全部入组头颈CTA影像病例进行阅片，对阅片过程中发现的动脉瘤进行标记，如两位医生标记结果一致，则该结果作为最终参考标准；如两位高年资医生意见不统一，则由第三位更高年资医生进行仲裁，其最终结果作为参考标准。

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

The reference standard will be established by two senior doctors who will review all included brain and neck CTA image cases in a blinded and independent manner. They will mark the aneurysms found during the review process. If the results of the two doctors' markings are consistent, this result will be used as the final reference standard. If the opinions of the two senior doctors are inconsistent, the final result will be arbitrated by a third higher senior doctor.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究没有纸质版本病例报告表、所有的采集内容均由临床协调员依据原始病历进行录入。临床协调员在数据录入前需经统一培训并获得授权，应该保证认真、完整、正确的将数据录入到电子数据库中。录入完成后需要进行针对数据录入的质量控制，保证数据准确性。 本次试验数据管理使用EDC系统。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study did not print case report, all collection content was recorded by the clinical coordinator based on the original medical records. Clinical coordinators are uniformly trained and authorized prior to data entry, and should ensure that data is entered into electronic databases carefully, completely and correctly. After the completion of the entry, quality control for data entry is required to ensure data accuracy. EDC system was used for data management in this study.
