研究目的：

从多发伤患者发生下肢深静脉血栓DVT的危险因素和伤后患者的凝血状态出发，旨在分析多发伤患者术前发生DVT与Caprini评分，凝血及血栓标记物之间的关系，建立一种联合Caprini评分，血栓弹力图TEG和常规凝血检验CCTs的风险评估模型筛选发生DVT的高危患者，为临床决策提供参考，从而达到及早诊断及早干预，减轻患者经济负担，改善创伤临床预后的目的。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the risk factors of DVT in patients with multiple injuries and the coagulation status of patients after injury, this paper aims to analyze the relationship between preoperative DVT and Caprini score, coagulation and thrombosis markers in patients with multiple injuries, and establish a risk assessment model combining Caprini score, TEG and CCTs to screen high-risk patients with DVT. To provide a reference for clinical decision-making, so as to achieve early diagnosis and early intervention, reduce the economic burden of patients, and improve the clinical prognosis of trauma.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①创伤ISS>12，其中骨折类型包括骨盆骨折或下肢长骨骨折；
②年龄≥18岁；
③伤后24h内入院；
④术前同一天完成CCTs、TEG和下肢血管彩超检查。

Inclusion criteria

① Trauma ISS>12, including pelvic fracture or lower limb long bone fracture;

② Age ≥18 years;

③ Admission within 24 hours after injury;

④ CCTs, TEG and lower extremity blood vessel color Doppler ultrasonography were performed on the same day before surgery.

排除标准：

①患有陈旧性血栓、血友病等凝血功能异常；
②入院前长期服用抗凝或抗血小板药物；
③妊娠期妇女；
④骨折采取保守治疗方式。

Exclusion criteria：

① Trauma ISS>12, including pelvic fracture or lower limb long bone fracture;

② Age ≥18 years;
