研究目的：

评估彝医斯色膏外敷治疗膝骨关节炎寒湿痹阻证的临床疗效及安全性，为彝医治疗膝骨关节炎提供新的安全有效的治疗方法及药物。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of external application of Yi Yisei paste in the treatment of cold and dampness obstruction syndrome of knee osteoarthritis, and to provide new safe and effective treatment methods and drugs for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis by Yi medicine.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）西医诊断为膝骨关节炎。
（2）中医辨证属于寒湿痹阻证。
（3）年龄38-70岁，性别不限。
（4）发病时未用其他药物及方法治疗者。
（5）自愿参加本试验并同意进入临床研究，签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Western medicine diagnosed knee osteoarthritis.
(2) TCM syndrome differentiation belongs to the syndrome of cold and dampness obstruction.
(3) Age 38-70 years old, gender unlimited.
(4) Patients who have not been treated with other drugs or methods at the time of onset.
(5) Volunteer to participate in the study and agree to enter the clinical study, and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）不符合膝骨性关节炎诊断标准者。
（2）属其它证型如热痹者。
（3）并发病影响到关节者，如牛皮癣，梅毒性神经病，褐黄病，代谢性骨病，急性创伤等。
（4）年龄在38岁以下或70岁以上者，备孕、怀孕、妊娠或哺乳期妇女。
（5）过敏体质及对本药物过敏者。
（6）病情危重，神志不清，或有精神疾患，难以对药物的有效性和安全性作出确切评价者。
（7）晚期关节炎重度畸形、僵硬、丧失劳动力者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients who do not meet the diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis.
(2) belongs to other syndrome types such as heat Bi.
(3) Joint morbidity, such as psoriasis, syphilitic neuropathy, brown yellow disease, metabolic bone disease, acute trauma, etc.
(4) Women under the age of 38 or over the age of 70, who are expecting, pregnant, pregnant or lactating.
(5) Allergic constitution and allergic to the drug.
(6) Patients who are critically ill, delirious, or have mental disorders that make it difficult to accurately evaluate the effectiveness and safety of drugs.
(7) advanced arthritis severe deformity, stiffness, loss of labor force.
