研究目的：

探讨采用生活方式干预减少妊娠期糖尿病（GDM）高危孕妇不良妊娠结局的可行性与效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the feasibility and efficacy of lifestyle interventions to reduce adverse pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women at high risk of gestational diabetes mellitus.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄在20岁或以上、孕20周前的孕妇，有一个或多个GDM危险因素：GDM病史、多囊卵巢综合症病史、不良生产史，包括巨大儿史、流产史及早产史、一级糖尿病家族史、年龄≥35岁、BMI≥25 kg/m2。

Inclusion criteria

Pregnant women aged 20 years or older and before 20 weeks gestation with one or more risk factors for GDM (age ≥ 35 years, pre-pregnancy body mass index ≥ 25 kg/m2, family history of first-degree diabetes, history of polycystic ovary syndrome, gestational diabetes mellitus , history of adverse births (macrosomia, miscarriage, and preterm birth.

排除标准：

T2DM、高血压、甲状腺功能减退、多胎妊娠、食物选择严重受限、不能保证产检次数、存在严重精神疾患、沟通障碍、抗精神病药物使用史、近3个月内存在不良生活方式如吸烟、饮酒、毒物接触史。

Exclusion criteria：

Type 2 diabetes, hypertension, hypothyroidism, multiple pregnancies, severely limited food choices, failure to guarantee the number of prenatal check-ups, presence of severe mental disorders, communication disorders, history of antipsychotic use, and history of adverse lifestyle such as smoking, alcohol consumption, toxic exposure in the past 3 months.
