研究目的：

评估长蛇灸的适宜体表温度阈值以及确定长蛇灸的优效灸位，探讨长蛇灸发挥优效的精准化参数。  

Objectives of Study：

To assess the appropriate body surface temperature threshold for long snake moxibustion and to determine the optimal moxibustion sites for long snake moxibustion, and to explore the precise parameters for the optimal effect of long snake moxibustion.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄 18-65 周岁；符合上述阳虚体质标准者； ②经患者知情同意后与患者签订知情同意书； ③患者常居住本地，确保能完成治疗及随访。

Inclusion criteria

①Age 18-65 years; those who meet the above criteria for Yang deficiency constitution; ② sign an informed consent form with the patient with their informed consent; ③Patients usually reside locally to ensure that they can complete the treatment and follow-up visits.

排除标准：

①哺乳、妊娠或准备妊娠的妇女； ②背部皮肤破溃或有皮疹者及患感染性疾病； ③合并心脑血管、造血系统等严重原发性疾病； ④精神病患者； ⑤怀疑或确有酒精、药物滥用病史者； ⑥1 月内接受过长蛇灸治疗或补阳中药口服治疗者； ⑦正在参加其他药物临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Women who are breastfeeding, pregnant or preparing for pregnancy; ②Those with broken skin or rashes on the back and those with infectious diseases; ③ Combination of serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular and haematopoietic system; ④Patients with mental illness; ⑤ Persons with a suspected or confirmed history of alcohol or drug abuse; ⑥ Those who have received long snake moxibustion treatment or oral treatment with Yang tonic herbs within 1 month; ⑦ Those who are participating in clinical trials of other drugs.

中心按照就诊顺序编号，随机数字表方法确定好每个编号的分组方案。专门的研究者将每个分组方案分别装在标记好编号的不透光信封，然后交给负责分组的研究者。负责分组的研究者将符合标准的受试者按照就诊顺序编号打开信封获得受试者分组信息（分中心研究者以短信方式获得受试者编号及分组方案）。

A random number table method was used to determine the grouping scheme for each number. A dedicated investigator placed each grouping scheme in separate numbered opaque envelopes and gave them to the investigator in charge of the grouping. The investigator in charge of the grouping opened the envelopes to obtain the subject grouping information from the subjects who met the criteria in the order of their visit (the sub-center investigator obtained the subject number and grouping scheme by SMS).
