研究目的：

本课题通过随机、平行对照、分配隐藏和单盲观察中医导引对肺癌患者癌症相关性疲乏的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of TCM guidance on cancer related fatigue in patients with lung cancer by randomization, parallel control, allocation hiding and single blind.

纳入标准：

1.经病理学或细胞学确诊的原发性肺癌、临床分期明确。
2.符合ICD10 CRF诊断标准。
3.个体必须有意识及认知能力，可以主观评价自己的感受。
4.知情同意参与该课题研究并能配合量表评估。

Inclusion criteria

1. Primary lung cancer diagnosed by pathology or cytology with definite clinical stage. 2. Meet ICD10 CRF diagnostic criteria. 3. Individuals must have consciousness and cognitive ability, and can evaluate their feelings subjectively. 4. Informed consent to participate in the research and cooperate with the scale evaluation.

排除标准：

1.可能阻碍受试者完成临床试验过程的情况，包括但不限于严重、难以控制的器质性病变或感染，心力衰竭等;严重肝肾功能异常者。
2.合并有造血系统疾病，如贫血，需使用纠正贫血药物者。
3.正在或准备接受的治疗可能对CRF具有影响的患者。
4.正在使用可能对CRF具有改善作用的其它药物的患者。
5.合并其它系统肿瘤，如骨转移。
6.研究者认为不能配合完成临床调查的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Conditions that may prevent the subject from completing the clinical trial process, including but not limited to severe and uncontrollable organic lesions or infections, heart failure, etc.; Severe abnormal liver and kidney function. 2. Patients with hematopoietic diseases, such as anemia, need to use drugs to correct anemia. 3. Patients who are undergoing or preparing for treatment that may have an impact on CRF. 4. Patients who are using other drugs that may have ameliorative effects on CRF. 5. Complicating other systemic tumors, such as bone metastases. 6. Subjects deemed by the investigator unable to cooperate with the completion of the clinical investigation.

干预组在进行中医导引术训练，每次训练均由具有3年以上中医导引教学经验的教练进行教学指导。训练按照国家体育总局于2003年颁布的 “健身气功·八段锦”“健身气功·六字诀”标准、《黄帝内经·五脏六腑补泻图》内容执行，动作包括了起势、第一式“肺脏导引法”、第二式“左右开弓似射雕”、第三式“呬字诀”、收势，共5个动作。

The intervention group was trained in traditional Chinese medicine guidance, and each training was guided by a coach with more than 3 years of traditional Chinese medicine guidance teaching experience. The training is carried out according to the standards of ' Health Qigong · Baduanjin ', ' Health Qigong · Six-character Formula ' and ' Yellow Emperor 's Inner Canon · Five Zang-organs and Six Fu-organs Reinforcing and Reducing Diagram ' promulgated by the General Administration of Sports in 2003. The movements include five movements : rising, the first type of ' lung guiding method ', the second type of ' left and right arching like shooting and carving ', the third type of ' Sizi Formula ', and closing, a total of five movements.

对照组在常规治疗的基础上进行每天固定强度的健步走,包括散步、快步走、大步走、踏步走几种方式，每次训练才采取四种走路方式相结合，每种方式平均时长5分钟，一般顺序为散步—快步走—大步走—踏步走—散步，多种走路方式相结合，以提高患者的训练趣味性，配合上肢摆臂或负重（双手各拿一瓶500ml的泉水或等重物体)。

On the basis of routine treatment, the control group carried out daily walking with fixed intensity, including walking, brisk walking, brisk walking, and step walking. 盲法：

这项研究是单盲的。由于导引干预，培训人员和受试者没有盲法，但测试人员、数据收集者、数据科学家和分析师被蒙蔽。实施培训、评价和统计分析分离的方式，即培训人员不与测试人员联系。在测试之前，干预组和对照组分别更名为A组和B组。测试人员仅按编号负责测试，不告诉测试对象的组。数据收集和处理人员分开;数据采集人员根据数量获取A组或B组日期，并将此信息证明给数据统计员进行统计分析。为确保研究的客观性，质量控制人员将在统计完成后确定组。

Blinding：

This study is single-blinded. Because of the Qigong intervention, training personnel and subjects are not blinded, however testers, data collectors, data scientists and analysts are blinded. Implementation of training, evaluation and statistical analysis of the separation of the way, that is, the training personnel do not contact the test personnel. Before testing, the intervention and control groups were renamed as groups A and B, respectively. The test tester is only responsible for the test by number, and does not tell the group of the test subject. Data collection and processing personnel are separated; data collection personnel obtain group A or group B date based on the number and prove this information to the data statistician for statistical analysis. To ensure study objectivity, quality control personnel will identify groups after statistics are completed.
