研究目的：

本研究的目的是比较和评估三种正畸保持器即透明压膜保持器、Hawley保持器、舌侧固定保持器在佩戴6个月内牙周致病菌唾液水平的变化和牙周状态的改变，为临床的选择及应用提供理论基础。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to compare and evaluate the salivary levels of periodontal pathogens and the changes in periodontal status of three orthodontic retainers (i.e., transparent film retainer (VR), Hawley retainer (Hawley) and lingual fixed retainer) after six months of use.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）上下牙弓都完成了固定矫治治疗，患者对矫治结果比较满意。
（2）患者使用0.022英寸槽沟的托槽类型（3M Unitek），普通金属托槽。
（3）恒牙列超过24颗牙齿。
（4）患者可以进行良好的口腔卫生护理。
（5）超过12个月的矫治周期

Inclusion criteria

1) Both upper and lower dental arches were fixed and corrected, and the patients were satisfied with the results.
(2) The patient used the pallet type with 0.022 inch groove (3M Unitek), common metal pallet.
(3) Permanent dentition with more than 24 teeth.
(4) Patients can have good oral health care.
(5) More than 12 months of treatment cycle

排除标准：

（1）全身有系统疾病者。 （2）研究期间使用任何可能影响牙周健康的药物，如抗生素。 （3）严重或者未控制的龋病。 （4）有腭裂或者严重面部畸形。 （5）任何活动性的牙周病变。 （6）口腔内有义齿者。 （7）抽烟的患者。 （8）怀孕的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) People with systemic diseases.
(2) Use of any medications that may affect periodontal health, such as antibiotics, during the study.
(3) Severe or uncontrolled caries.
(4) cleft palate or severe facial deformity.
(5) any active periodontal disease.
(6) There are dentures in the mouth.
(7) Patients who smoke.
(8) Pregnant patients.
