本实验旨在研究脑卒中后手的心理旋转对上肢运动功能和认知恢复的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This study was designed to investigate the effects of mental rotation of hands on upper extremity motor function and cognitive recovery after stroke.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纳入标准： （1） 在中风发作后3个月至12个月内，通过计算机断层扫描（CT）或磁共振成像（MRI）诊断为首次皮质下缺血性或出血性中风； （2） 年龄在18至80岁之间； （3） BrunnstromⅠ～Ⅳ级单侧上肢和手部偏瘫； （4） 无明显认知障碍（简易精神状态检查中文版，MMSE Ch≥27）。

Inclusion criteria

The inclusion criteria are: (1) Diagnosed by computed tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) as first event subcortical ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke between 3 months to 12 months following stroke onset; (2) Age between 18 and 80 years; (3) Unilateral upper and hand hemiplegia in Brunnstrom grade I-IV; (4). No significant cognitive impairment (Mini-Mental Status Examination Chinese version, MMSE-Ch ≥ 27).

排除标准：

排除标准： （1） 无法执行心里旋转； （2） 严重失语症、感觉障碍、失用症或忽视； （3） 患侧明显疼痛（10点视觉模拟量表>4）； （4） 由于任何原因无法配合完成培训和评估。

Exclusion criteria：

The exclusion criteria are: (1) Unable to perform MP; (2) Severe aphasia, sensory disturbance, apraxia, or neglect; (3) Significant pain on the affected side (Ten-point Visual Analog Scale >4); (4) Unable to cooperate complete training and evaluation for any reason.

Recruited participants assigned to the control group will receive clinical treatment according to conventional clinical pathway of stroke rehabilitation, including clinical drug treatment and daily rehabilitation training.

The randomization sequence numbers will be generated using the random number generator from the internet. Randomization will be performed by a physician (Yanping Chen) not involved in this trial and kept in sealed envelopes. The physician will assign participants to the two groups according to the random sequence.
