研究目的：

通过本研究，观察不同时机应用枸橼酸咖啡因对极低体重儿支气管肺发育不良发生率的影响；为临床何时开始应用枸橼酸咖啡因预防极低出生体重儿支气管肺发育不良提供临床参考，同时提供符合我国国情的指导，从而提高极低出生体重儿的整体生存质量。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the the effect of caffeine citrate at different times on the incidence of bronchopulmonary dysplasia in very low weight infants to provide clinical reference for the clinical application of caffeine citrate in the prevention of bronchopulmonary dysplasia in very low birth weight infants, and to provide guidance in accordance with the national conditions, so as to improve the overall quality of life of very low birth weight infants.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

收集2021年1月至2023年6月于本院住院的极低出生低体重儿，随机分为三组，选取生后24h内、24h<日龄≤3d、3d<日龄≤7d为首次应用枸橼酸咖啡因的时间节点,首次负荷量给药20mg/kg,24小时后给予相同维持量，每24小时1次，均用至纠正胎龄34周或呼吸暂停消失后1周。分析不同时间节点应用枸橼酸咖啡因对支气管肺发育不良发生率的影响。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Very low birth weight infants hospitalized in our hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were collected and randomly divided into three groups. The time nodes within 24 hours after birth,24 hours < day age ≤3 days, and 3 days < day age ≤7 days were selected as the time nodes for the first application of caffeine citrate. The first loading dose was 20mg/kg, and the same maintenance dose was given 24 hours later. Every 24 hours until corrected gestational age of 34 weeks or 1 week after apnea disappeared. To analyze the effect of caffeine citrate on the incidence of bronchopulmonary dysplasia at different time points.  

纳入标准：

生后12小时内转入我院新生儿病房，出生体重小于1500g的新生儿，患儿家长知情同意

Inclusion criteria

Neonates with birth weight less than 1500g were transferred to the neonatal unit of our hospital within 12 hours after birth, parents signed informed consents

排除标准：

遗传代谢病，先天性心脏病，外科疾病

Metabolic disease, congenital heart disease, surgical disease
